Thirty-eight members and guests have just returned from their eighteenth club tour, which was based on Hayling Island. Unfortunately, Monday’s fixture was rained off, but our hosts, Chichester, very kindly laid on a quiz and bingo, so that our visit to them was not wasted. The rest of the week’s weather was fine and sunny, and matches against Arundel, The Witterings, Norfolk BC Littlehampton, and Rayleigh, Essex were much enjoyed, with Framlingham running out victorious in each match. Great club spirit was engendered, and all present thoroughly enjoyed the trip.
